Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of the deposit, depending on the rental conditions.
No-Show: Failure to pick up the vehicle or use the service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and full rental charges will apply.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the free cancellation period or in cases of no-show.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure), Morvello Cars reserves the right to offer partial or full refunds or alternative arrangements.
