1. Vehicle Rental and Use

The renter agrees to rent the vehicle solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with Moroccan traffic laws.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with the agreed fuel level.
Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.

2. Driver Eligibility

The renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Morocco or internationally.
Only authorized drivers listed in the rental contract may operate the vehicle.

3. Rental Period and Charges

The rental period starts at the time of vehicle pickup and ends upon return to Morvello Cars.
Charges include rental fees, applicable taxes, and any additional services requested.
Late returns may incur extra fees.

4. Deposit and Payment

A security deposit may be required at pickup to cover potential damages or additional costs.
Payment must be made via approved methods including cash, credit/debit card, or online payments.

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is provided in accordance with Moroccan regulations.
The renter is responsible for any damages or losses beyond the insurance coverage limits.
Morvello Cars is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

7. Accident and Damage Reporting

In case of an accident or damage, the renter must notify Morvello Cars and local authorities immediately.
An incident report will be required to process any insurance claims.
