2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

Minimum renter age: 18 years
Valid national driver’s license is required.
No international license needed for most travelers, unless requested for specific cases.
The renter must present valid identification and a matching payment method at pickup.

3. Rental Process

All bookings must be confirmed through morvello.com, via WhatsApp, email, or in person.
Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.
A security deposit may be required based on the type of vehicle and duration of the rental.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments
Full payment is required before or at vehicle pickup unless agreed otherwise.
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours before pickup time.
Cancellations after this period may result in a partial or full charge.
If you cancel within the allowed period, you are eligible for a full refund.

6. Use of Vehicle

Vehicles must be used for legal and personal travel purposes only.
No subleasing, racing, or off-road use is allowed unless specified.
The renter is responsible for any damage, fines, or violations during the rental period.

7. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance is included unless otherwise stated.
Additional coverage options may be available at the time of booking.
The renter is liable for any damage not covered by insurance due to negligence or misuse.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

By using our website or services, you agree to our data practices:
